Designed and specifically tailored to bridge the gap between existing skills of employees and growth skills needed for talent development and advancement of the organization.
STAFF TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
Conducted as on-site training or group seminars and workshops, which are vital to help ensure that an organization maintains the knowledge and skills needed to deliver professional services to each other, the customers, and the community. This includes skill building, addressing known and unknown weaknesses while building confidence. Staff training and development is developed and conducted on an as-requested basis.
RESEARCH AND PUBLICATION ASSISTANCE
Available for needs assessments, curriculum development, writing grants and proposals, and to help write reports, agency documents, and individual books.
GROUP SEMINARS AND WORKSHOPS
Are content (curriculum)-specific, interactive, and experiential instruction designed to help employees keep up-to-date with current and emerging developments relating to their jobs and the organization. See the list of available workshops
ONSITE TRAINING
Can be requested by the organization to address specific needs or a topic of interest. It is conducted at the agency for convenience, cost-effectiveness and practicality. I, along with my team (if necessary), will come to you.
